1. Booking & Confirmation

   •    All appointments are confirmed via email or SMS.
   •    Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

2. Payments

   •    All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
   •    Payment is required at the time of service.

3. Liability

   •    We are not liable for allergic reactions if no prior allergy test has been performed.
   •    Customers are responsible for notifying staff of any allergies or medical conditions in              advance.
