Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

   •   Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
 

2. No-Show

   •   Failure to attend without notice may result in future appointments being declined
        or a deposit being required for subsequent bookings.
 

3. Late Arrivals

   •   Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce your service time
         or result in cancellation.
